We publish this manual under section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), read with POPIA. It describes the records held by ENTERNOVATE (PTY) LTD. It also explains how to request access to them.

The following records are available without a request: the company profile, the website (enternovate.co.za), published open-source code (github.com/enternovate), the Privacy Policy, these Terms, and the Trust Center information.
The company holds these records: company and statutory records (CIPC registration, annual returns, director records); tax records (SARS); financial records (invoices, receipts); client and supplier records (contact details, contracts, correspondence); marketing records; and records required by law.
Make requests in writing to the Information Officer. Give enough detail to identify the record. State the preferred form of access. Provide proof of identity. We respond within 30 days as PAIA requires.
Access may be subject to fees prescribed under PAIA. These fees cover reproduction, search, and preparation costs. We charge no fee for the request itself.
We may refuse access on the grounds set out in PAIA. These grounds include the protection of third-party personal information, privileged legal communications, and confidential commercial information. Refusals state the reasons. Refusals also state your review rights.
